Big files used to feel like moving house with a shopping trolley. We built StaxSend to turn that chaos into calm.
StaxSend is a secure file transfer platform designed for teams, creators, and businesses who need to move important files without the ritual pain of size limits, broken links, and awkward workarounds.
We believe file sharing should be fast, private, and quietly reliable, like electricity in the walls. You only notice it when it fails, so we engineered StaxSend so it rarely does.
Email was never meant to carry video edits, design packs, legal archives, or product backups. Yet for years, people have been wrestling inboxes like they were suitcases stuffed past the zip.
StaxSend was born to solve three things:
Simplicity – upload, share, done
Security – encryption, access control, audit trails
Control – file requests, team folders, expiry rules, and permissions that make sense
No arcane dashboards. No guessing where your files went. Just sending that feels intentional.
Whether you’re onboarding clients, collecting documents, or passing huge assets between departments, StaxSend adapts to your workflow rather than forcing you into ours.
From one-off transfers to fully-fledged team collaboration, we give you the tools without the bloat.
We design with a single question in mind:
Would this still feel good to use at 2:17am when the deadline is breathing down your neck?
If the answer is no, it goes back to the drawing board.
Purpose-built file requests instead of messy email threads
Smart expiry and access controls
End-to-end encryption
Clean interfaces that stay out of your way
Support from humans who actually enjoy solving problems
StaxSend is just getting started. We’re building toward a future where file transfer is no longer a chore but a natural extension of how modern teams communicate.
Thank you for trusting us with your data and your deadlines. We’ll keep the lights on in the walls.
